The Pluunge brief

We worked with Pluunge to grow the brands online exposure and awareness, and drive engagement (with depth) through to purchase.

Understanding the premium product offering and target audience was key to developing our strategic solution. We wanted to not only create quality content but to listen to and nurture conversations happening in our social sphere.


We delivered and implemented a social media strategy which sought to engage with our key demographic through a mixture of owned, earned, and paid channels.

To ensure we captured the Pluunge ethos and maintained consistency across each channel, we developed a set of brand guidelines focussing on brand personality and visual identity – which positioned the brand as premium in order to attract our desired audience and customer.

Communicating and partnering with like-minded brands and influencers became an integral part of our strategy – allowing us to increase brand awareness within a key demographic and grow our UGC database.

In the first 4 months of the new strategy we saw the following results:

    • Instagram followers increased by 145%
    • Instagram post impressions increased by 60%
    • Grew influencer impressions to 64,523 in April alone
